The kitchen sticks to bistro grammar, steak frites, salade niçoise, plateau de fruits de mer, but plates them for a dinner-into-late-night format with a resident DJ and a martini bar that stays open past midnight. The room is pink-boothed and lit for the camera; the cooking is more straightforward than the styling suggests.
