Sips Bodrum is the Yalıkavak rooftop bar that imported the program from Sips Barcelona, currently #3 World's 50 Best Bars and #1 in Europe, into the Ruins Luxury Resort. The Bodrum rooftop sits adjacent to Atilla Heilbronn's Miraj restaurant, runs a seasonal April-October calendar, and operates the closest thing the peninsula has to a credentialed mixology destination. İstanbullu seconders are not the Bodrum everyday, it's the Milan-side friend who arrives on a Friday and wants a serious cocktail bar with a globally rated team. It earns its slot for the room on credentials: the bartending is real, the program rotates, the menu reads like a curated tasting more than a list of drinks. Price ceiling is high; the value is in the program, not the position.
