After 25 years in Alaçatı, chef-owner Melih Teksen moved Agrilia into the Buradan vineyards in Ovacık, pairing his bright, herb-driven Mediterranean cooking with the estate's own wines and the long Çeşme sunset over Chios. Dinner-only, adults-from-16, no pets, a serious, quiet room built around the kitchen and the vines rather than spectacle. A pairing menu of Agrilia dishes and Buradan bottles is the headline experience.
