Tucked just off the Oltrarno end of Ponte Vecchio since 1992, Le Volpi e l'Uva is among Italy's most respected wine bars, built on relationships with small independent producers. Around 350 labels line the shelves with some 45 by the glass, mostly Italian and French, paired with crostini and well-chosen cheese. Tiny, expert, and reliably full of people who know wine.
