Mozaik Şarapçılık

Mozaik works eight varietals, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Tannat, Petit Verdot and rare hybrids among them, with organic farming and, unusually for Turkey, no irrigation. Its Mahrem label runs from easy reds to a dry Rüya rosé, tasted in a small house overlooking the vineyards. A characterful small producer on the Kuşçular cluster of the Urla route.
