Ermelinda and Umberto Di Porzio opened on Via Alabardieri in 1916; three generations later their descendants still run one of the city's century-old kitchens, a member of Locali Storici d'Italia. Beyond the wood-fired pizza there is a serious traditional menu, genovese and risotto alla pescatora among the standbys. A reliable, well-mannered Chiaia institution.
