Set in Álvaro Siza's 1960s tea house, cantilevered over the Atlantic rocks at Leça da Palmeira, this is Rui Paula's two-Michelin-star ode to the sea. The menus run almost entirely on Portuguese seafood, plated with architectural restraint to match the room. The waves break a few metres from the glass.
