| Ultima revisione: Jun 2026 Since 2023, Red Jane has become Chania's defining bakery: French viennoiserie and patisserie, near-legendary almond croissants, pistachio-cardamom buns, kouign-amann, baked in a repurposed 1930s industrial foundry near the Municipal Market. The graffiti-marked shell reads more Berlin than Crete, but the lamination is the real story. Go early.
