Sister to the Cihangir original, Susam in Bebek is the daytime-into-evening hangout that locals slip into without ceremony. Strong wines-by-the-glass list, decent cocktails, casual food. The crowd is the point, Bebek residents reading the paper at noon, switching into wine territory after dark.
