Set in the Monastero Santa Rosa, a former convent turned five-star hotel high above Conca dei Marini, Il Refettorio plates chef Alfonso Crescenzo's modern reading of Campanian cuisine using produce from his family's organic Terre Lavorate land near Sarno.
