On the dune-backed sand of Playa de Muro, Ponderosa is a family-run institution dating to 1967 that earns its place on the cooking, not the party. The kitchen works to a slow-food, local-produce ethos: paellas and rice dishes, razor clams, grilled tuna and sea bass with the Bay of Alcudia in front of you. More restaurant and meeting point than club.
