On tiny Calle Pantaleón, a stone's throw from Plaza de los Naranjos, this family-run taberna has poured Andalusian wines and sliced fine jamón since 2008. Flamenco posters and azulejo tiles set the scene for honest plates: creamy ensaladilla, smoky pinchos morunos, garlicky patatas bravas. Walk-in only, it fills with locals after work and stays genuinely Andalusian despite the tourist streets outside.
