Opened in 2013 in the alleys off Spaccanapoli, Tandem was the first Naples kitchen built entirely around ragù, eight hours on the stove, rested overnight, then spooned over ziti, gnocchi or simply good bread for the scarpetta. The genovese is its equal. A small, loud, deeply Neapolitan room that earns its 50 Top Italy listing.
