A Montepertuso fixture since 1986, where chef-owner Salvatore cooks traditional Campanian dishes from strictly local produce, much of it from his own garden. Gran zuppa saracena and the ravioli 'Ritrovo' anchor a menu backed by a 400-bottle cellar. A free hotel shuttle makes the hillside terrace an easy escape from the seafront bustle.
