| Ultima revisione: May 2026 Schlosswirtschaft Schwaige sits inside the Nymphenburg palace ensemble itself, vaulted rooms, tiled stoves, a chestnut-shaded biergarten in the south wing. Operators include Oktoberfest's Michael Schottenhamel and the formerly-youngest-Michelin-starred-in-Germany Peter Kinner; chef Dietmar Weiß runs an elevated Bavarian kitchen. You're paying a small palace tax, but it's the only restaurant where lunch ends with a walk through the Schlosspark.
