Christophe Roure, MOF 2007, runs one of Lyon's most technically exacting kitchens from a calm, contemporary room near Parc de la Tête d'Or. Two Michelin stars for cooking that is colourful, graphic and disciplined — built around the best of the season and finished with the kind of control that rewards a tasting menu. Quietly one of the finest tables in the city.
