This neoclassic Ottoman palace designed by Sarkis Balyan offers one of Istanbul's most romantic dining settings, with gardens stretching to the Bosphorus where boats arrive at sunset. Chef Birkan Erkoylu, who has helmed the kitchen for 26 years, showcases Turkish and Anatolian delicacies using locally sourced regional ingredients. Michelin Guide and Gault&Millau recognized.
