Bricole is the one-Michelin-star room Felix Schellhorn opened in Friedenau (southern Schöneberg fringe) on Stubenrauchstraße, a twenty-seat dining room with an open kitchen and a tight French-modern menu of small plates rather than a long tasting menu. One star since 2022. The format reads as the Berlin neo-bistro answer to Paris's Septime: chef-led, weekly menu rotation, naturally-fermented wine list, no formality beyond the table linen. Locals use it as the third-night Michelin room, the one that does not require the multi-week horizon.
