Opened in 2023, Candeal is chef Pablo Rebollo's personal project on a quiet old-town square. He reinterprets traditional Castilian and Leonese dishes — the food he grew up with — through a creative Mediterranean lens, with real care for sourcing and technique. Warm and down-to-earth, with a charming terrace, it has quickly become one of the centre's most rewarding newer rooms.
