On a pedestrian street in Alcúdia's walled old town, Celler Ca'n Costa has served traditional Mallorcan cooking since 1983, inside a 1594 townhouse once the summer home of the poet Miquel Costa i Llobera. Family-run, it leans on generations-old island recipes — slow-cooked meats, seasonal local produce — in a room that doubles as a small museum of its own history.
