Just off Passeig de Mallorca, Chapeau 1987 reopened in 2015 with a serious bar team and a back bar of more than two hundred whiskies. Dark wood and low light frame expertly mixed classics and a menu that has played with Mallorcan landscapes and local ingredients. Bartender Matias Iriarte took the Bacardi Legacy national title from behind this counter.
