Opened in 2015 near Plaça Weyler, La Rosa is the bar that brought the Spanish vermouth hour back to Palma's old town. White-tiled walls lined with bottles, a marble counter and plates of charcuterie and patatas bravas set the tone for an unhurried aperitivo. It is a tavern, a vermuteria and a colmado all at once, and reliably full of locals.
