On the town-centre edge of the old quarter, this long-running taberna brings northern-Spanish pintxos to the south. Cold bites sit on the buffet while servers circulate with trays of hot ones; you keep your toothpicks and they tally the bill. The wood-and-brick room, modelled on a Basque caserío, makes it a fun, unpretentious stop before dinner.
