In the alleys of Atrani — Italy's smallest comune — A' Paranza is run by brothers from a family of former fishermen, and the kitchen shows it. Expect honest, refined seafood: scialatielli with shellfish, stuffed anchovies and a langoustine-cream risotto people drive from Milan for.
