Matthias Lallemant cooks and Mathias Béguin (ex-Substrat) runs the floor in a 1952 bouchon reborn with terrazzo, Formica tables and a 1970s glow near Guillotière. The food is clever, generous and made for sharing, paired with a tight natural-wine list. Le Fooding named it France's best bistro for 2025, and it took a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2026.
