A small organic, single-estate winery in the Ovacık valley six kilometres south of Çeşme centre, making chateau-style rosé from Grenache and a light Tempranillo red bottled among its own vines. Tastings and visits can be arranged on a terrace overlooking the vineyards and Chios island at sunset, and the estate runs a Women in Wine programme with a majority-female team. A genuine producer, not a photo-op cellar.
