Anchoring the Quadrilatero food market on Via Caprarie since 1932, on a meat-curing site dating to the 1860s. The counters overflow with mortadella, tortellini and Emilian charcuterie, while the tavola calda serves warm plates eaten standing along the walls, and a wine bar pours by the glass. The original Bolognese salsamenteria experience.
