A former chiringuito on the sand at Playa de los Nagüeles, reworked into one of Marbella's most polished beach restaurants. Chef Luis Miguel Menor sources fish and shellfish from the Andalusian coast — Cádiz, Tarifa, Almería — and lets the product lead, with just enough modern technique. Toes-in-the-sand setting, white-linen execution.
