Hudson is a magnificent brasserie that transforms into a bar at night, located in the charming Arnavutköy neighborhood. The two-story restaurant features a bar and dining section perfect for lunch or after-work drinks on the lower level, while the top floor offers a more formal dining experience. Chef Kaan Karagoz, who trained at Michelin-starred restaurants in Stockholm and Copenhagen, leads the kitchen.
