Usage statistics, without cookies
We count page views, searches, link and promotion clicks, and performance and error events. Records can include the venue, page type, city, language and country. To count daily visitors, we hash the request's IP address and browser user-agent into a pseudonymous identifier that changes each UTC day. Our analytics records do not store the raw IP address or user-agent. Analytics sets no cookies, and event records expire after 95 days.
The newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address, your language and the subscription date, and use them for one purpose: sending you the letter. Every issue contains a one-click unsubscribe link that removes your address immediately. Issues are delivered through our email service provider; your address is never shared beyond that, and you can request deletion anytime at hello@mesprestiges.com.
Messages and venue suggestions
When you use our contact or venue suggestion form, we use your name, email address and message to respond to your request. Our email provider delivers the message to our team. A recovery copy is kept in our site storage for up to seven days. Sending a message does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Menu notifications
If you leave an email address when requesting a menu, we use it to send one notification when that menu is published. Your address is removed from the pending request after the notification is sent, or after 180 days if the menu is not published. Our email provider delivers the notification. This does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Preferences stored in your browser
Your language choice, last city and saved places are kept in your browser. Comparison choices are stored for the browser tab. Sharing a list or comparison puts the selected venue identifiers in the link, so anyone with that link can read those choices.
Group decisions
Anyone with a group-decision link can read the question and choices and vote. Do not include private details. Questions and choices are stored for 45 days after creation; each vote is stored for 45 days after it is cast or changed. The mp_pc_<plan id> cookie stores a creator token for 45 days so the creator can end that vote early. The mp_vt cookie stores a random browser token for 365 days from the last vote; it lets the same browser change its vote without adding another vote to the same question. These cookies use Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. A group decision does not book a table.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare's network, which processes requests to deliver pages and may keep short-lived technical logs subject to its own policies. Subscriber data lives in our Cloudflare storage.
Promotions on related sites
To measure our own promotions, we also collect visit and action events from ConsultNow and C-Suite Connect, including referral source and campaign details. This lets us attribute visits and actions to Mes Prestiges. We do not use third-party advertising networks or sell or rent personal data.
