The dining room of Hotel Punta Tragara, in Le Corbusier's clifftop landmark, with a terrace that hangs over Marina Piccola and the Faraglioni. Chef Antonio Pedana, who took the kitchen at thirty and holds its Michelin star, builds tasting menus that fold Campanian tradition into precise, modern plates. The view is theatrical, but the cooking holds its own line.
