A genuine Romagna chiosco that has been rolling piadina by hand since 1989, da Rina is the kind of kiosk locals return to rather than the beachfront stands. The dough is worked properly and filled with squacquerone, prosciutto and greens in the classic register. Fast, plain and authentic, it is street food the way the coast actually eats it.
