Set within the walled courtyard of the Castell Son Claret estate at the foot of the Tramuntana, Sa Clastra holds one Michelin star under chef Jordi Cantó. The single 'Wind and Memory' menu reinterprets traditional Mallorcan cooking through the winds that cross the island, with short and long formats. The patio dining and the candlelit stone interior are as considered as the plates.
