Sanayi 1-A is Istanbul's most serious craft beer operation, and the Nişantaşı branch on Ferah Sokak is the centrally accessible version of the original Sarıyer brewpub. Twenty-four taps rotate constantly across local Turkish breweries plus a tight imported list; the bottle fridge runs deeper than the tap board. Format is bar-and-patio, no pretence, the kind of room where brewers themselves drink. Fills the Bay Ergun gap on the Nişantaşı side: real beer, not the four-tap hotel-bar selection that passes for craft elsewhere.
