The only Michelin-starred table in this stretch of the north-east coast, set within the Baglioni Resort just north of San Teodoro, beside the Tavolara marine reserve. Milanese chef Claudio Sadler reads Sardinian produce through a precise, contemporary lens: a seven-course tasting that runs from raw shellfish to chargrilled eel glazed in Cannonau and myrtle.
