Since 2013, O Maestros has brought authentic Greek taverna culture to Istanbul's elegant Arnavutköy waterfront. Founded by father-son duo Cemal and Mehmet Can Akyildiz, the restaurant imports key ingredients directly from Greece - olive oil, kefalotiri cheese, honey, and smoked fish from their sister location in Thessaloniki. Every Friday and Saturday, Kosta & Tuba perform live Greek and Turkish music while guests enjoy Bosphorus views from every floor.
