Parvus Kalamis is a modest little establishment with just a handful of tables that see a steady stream of diners throughout the day. The chefs describe their cuisine as simple and delicious - and Michelin agreed, awarding it Bib Gourmand status in 2026. This fine casual dining restaurant offers a unique blend of Turkish and Mediterranean traditions, from ravioli generously stuffed with ricotta and broccoli in sage-infused butter sauce, to perfectly medium-rare lamb fillet with bulgur risotto and carrot puree with Middle Eastern spices. Beyond the extensive a la carte menu, there's a thoroughly appealing set menu that changes daily.
