| Ultima revisione: Jun 2026 Reached through the traboule by the printing museum, Le Musée is a sincere bouchon of checked cloths, elbow-to-elbow tables and stone vaults that were once the city hall stables. Chef Quentin Delbasse continues a rigorously traditional carte of quenelle, tête de veau and saladiers. Buzzy and unpretentious, the kind of room regulars guard.
