Kavanoz is the Yalıkavak village summer branch of the bartender-led Arnavutköy original, a Mediterranean kitchen and serious cocktail program on the village side rather than the Palmarina pontoon, a sunset orientation rather than a club arc, and the bar grammar Istanbul Bebek-Arnavutköy regulars already know from the city. Hold it for the room because the program is real and because the position is village rather than marina, the audience that finds Bagatelle and Itzá too marina-coded ends up here for a cocktail before walking up the hill for dinner. Reviews complain about the price ceiling vs the meal portion sizes; the chapter reads the bar as bar-first, kitchen-secondary.
