34th-floor rooftop: Japanese bites, creative cocktails, jazz nights
Reviewed by Mes Prestiges Editorial Team Last reviewed June 2026
A 34th-floor rooftop bar at the Hilton Bomonti with Japanese bites, creative cocktails, and regular jazz nights. The panoramic views are genuine, not a marketing afterthought, and the bar program has substance behind the setting.
Editor's Tip
34th floor with Japanese bites and jazz, the brief is rooftop-bar correct and they execute it. Reserve sunset specifically; the Bosphorus light at the right hour is what justifies the bill. The cocktails are competent; the food is filler. Avoid Friday-Saturday after 23:00 when it becomes a club.
