Seraf Pickles

Delicious mixed pickles of our own making, prepared without any additives from seasonal vegetables of our choosing.

Bostana Salad

A traditional spoon salad of finely chopped tomato, cucumber, green village pepper, parsley, fresh mint, sumac, onion, pomegranate juice, pomegranate molasses and an olive-oil dressing.

Green Garden Salad

Mediterranean greens, rocket, sorrel, baby radish, pomegranate molasses, olive-oil dressing, with pomegranate seeds.

Seraf İçli Köfte

Seraf's special filling made from dried-rib, brisket and outer meat pounded with the cleaver, an outer shell of fine bulgur, served over strained yoghurt set in its own fat, topped with chili-pepper sauce and pomegranate throughout.

Seraf Stuffed Dried Aubergine

Sun-dried Antep aubergine, small lamb cubes, rice, onion, sumac sourness, mildly spicy, strained yoghurt.

Keşkek

Hand-pounded lamb neck and cracked wheat, butter and chili-pepper sauce.

Seraf Lahmacun

A uniquely Seraf lahmacun with whole-wheat-flour dough and a topping carefully picked from lamb rib, breast and leg, pounded with the cleaver.

Keşkek with Lamb Shank

Wood-fire-cooked lamb shank over keşkek; butter and chili-pepper sauce.

Konya-Style Lamb Tandır

Konya-style lamb tandır cooked over a wood fire in a stone oven with almond rice pilaf and spinach mashed potatoes

Griddle Pan

Diced lamb, green pepper, kapya pepper, tomato; mildly spicy.

Lüle Kebab

Cleaver-pounded lamb kebab, in its non-spicy and garlic-free form, with lavash and meyhane pilaf.

Mardin Kebab

Cleaver-pounded, mildly spicy and garlicky lamb, served with pepper, lavash and meyhane pilaf.

Lamb tenderloin skewer; sautéed spinach and village potatoes.

Butcher's Köfte

Our house-made meatballs of dried and beef meat, mashed potatoes, sauce and pickles.

Stuffed Rib

(Our price is per person, served for a minimum of two.) We fill lamb rib with basil-and-almond rice and cook it over a wood fire for four hours until the top turns crisp. Served with freekeh and vermicelli bulgur pilaf.

Seraf Mantı

Our handmade dumplings, with our specially prepared strained yoghurt and butter chili-pepper sauce.

Sautéed Tenderloin with Vegetables

Beef tenderloin, lamb-bread sautéed in garlic and butter, kapya pepper, green pepper, tomato, spinach mashed potatoes and yoghurt.

Chicken Skewer

Marinated grilled chicken, meyhane pilaf, village potatoes and grilled pepper.

Mixed Grill Selection

Freekeh Pilaf

Traditional smoked freekeh bulgur from Antep, mixed vegetables, a touch of butter and extra-virgin olive oil.

Meyhane Pilaf
