The kitchen runs a 'Peripatos' degustation — a deliberately paced walk through contemporary Mediterranean dishes drawing on Botrini's Tuscan and Corfiot roots, from 'Herring — A Journey Through Time' to the playful 'Gastro-Esperanto'. Wines are matched by a Master of Wine.
