Run by the Txapartegi brothers, this one-star room in pretty Hondarribia champions what they call Bidasoa cooking, tied to the estuary and its local growers. Classic, rustic décor frames contemporary Basque plates available à la carte or as tasting menus. A relaxed taberna up front makes the address feel lived-in rather than ceremonial.
