On the caldera cliffs of Imerovigli, The Athenian House plates contemporary takes on regional Greek cooking from celebrity chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos, who founded it in 2016 and still leads the kitchen into its tenth season. The menu reimagines classics through a lens of Mediterranean simplicity — a signature lamb moussaka with Santorini white aubergine, tahini and feta among them — paired with Greek wines.
