Um lugar na Mes Prestiges não se compra. Os restaurantes não pagam para ser listados, destacados ou distinguidos, e não aceitamos pagamentos, comissões de restaurantes, ofertas ou convites em troca de cobertura. Se alguém lhe oferecer um lugar neste guia a troco de dinheiro, não somos nós.
Curation
Venues earn a place on the strength of the room itself — the cooking, the service, the atmosphere — judged against the standard a discerning visitor expects. We do not accept payment for inclusion, and a listing is never a paid placement.
Verification & freshness
Each venue page carries a 'last reviewed' date. We re-check the leading venues in every city on a recurring cadence — confirming the place is still open and that hours, price and menu details still hold — and update the date only when something has genuinely changed.
When a venue closes
Restaurants close, relocate and rebrand constantly, and a guide that recommends a shuttered room is worse than no guide at all. When we cannot confirm a venue is still open, we remove it or strip its verified status until we can. Our most recent audit removed venues that had closed, relocated or could no longer be confirmed.
