| Last reviewed: May 2026 Hôtel Particulier Montmartre hides on a private alley off avenue Junot, five suites, the largest hotel garden in Paris (900m², designed by landscape architect Louis Benech), a Le Grand Salon bistronomic restaurant and Le Très Particulier, the cocktail bar that's been on Le Fooding's bar pages for over a decade and turned the Montmartre cocktail conversation. Tea-room from 2 p.m., cocktails from 6 p.m., tapas Wednesday through Sunday. For an Istanbul visitor who wants the most secret room on the hill, the entrance is unmarked, this is the booking. Walk-ins for the bar work mid-week; weekends require calling ahead.

The avenue Junot entrance is unmarked, look for the green door. Garden in summer is the seat.
