Tea-room from 2 p.m., cocktails from 6 p.m., tapas Wednesday through Sunday. For an Istanbul visitor who wants the most secret room on the hill, the entrance is unmarked, this is the booking. Walk-ins for the bar work mid-week; weekends require calling ahead.
