Eric Frechon's Epicure carries three Michelin stars on the ground floor; the courtyard garden, rare in central Paris, anchors lunch even in winter. The 188 rooms and 22 suites sit above the largest hotel garden on the Right Bank. İstanbullu seconders use Le Bristol for the airport-to-dinner reservation that does not need a back-up plan, and for the post-board-meeting Sunday brunch the city writes about every spring.
