Beyaz Beach sits inside the Aktur Tatil Sitesi compound on the Bitez bay, the residents-and-day-visitors beach club that the Aktur second-house community has used for two decades and that the bay treats as its own working room rather than as a destination. The card is broad-canteen rather than kitchen-led: burger, pizza, kebab, grilled fish and salads on the same list, lunch service into the afternoon, live music in the evening as a guitar-and-rakı format. Read it as the room at its actual register, the Aktur-side Bitez family bay does not need a curated tasting menu, it needs a competent low-friction beach lunch within walking distance, and Beyaz Beach delivers that at a price ceiling well below the peninsula's destination rooms.
