Turkey's pioneering third-wave coffee roastery, founded in 2012 by Cagatay Gulabioglu and acquired in 2014 by Mehmet Gurs's Istanbul Food & Beverage Group. The only Loring S15 Falcon roaster in the region produces coffees that would compete in Melbourne or Portland. The Cihangir location is the original and most atmospheric.
