A compact sushi bar offering gyoza, ramen, bao buns, and creative rolls. One of the best East Asian kitchens on the Asian side, Ororo brings genuine Japanese technique to Moda's walkable restaurant district.
Editor's Tip
Sit at the counter, not a table, the rolls suffer in transit and the bar lets you order piece by piece. The signature dragon roll is decent but the chef's-choice nigiri (ask for omakase nigiri 6-piece) is where the kitchen actually shows. Skip the ramen unless it's a winter weekday lunch; broth depth drops on busy services.
